The compulsory concrete mixer can not only mix dry hard concrete, but also mix lightweight aggregate concrete, which can make the concrete achieve a strong mixing effect. Concrete mixer is a machine used for mass production of concrete. JS750 concrete mixer adopts bottom-opening door to discharge, so the mixing drum does not need to be tipped, thus saving power, cylindrical structure, and the layout is more compact and reasonable. JS750 mixer operation precautions

1. When the equipment is overhauled, the power supply must be cut off, especially when people enter the mixing tank for overhaul, all power supplies should be cut off, and someone should be on duty at the power switch.

2. When the machine is out of service, add enough oil to each lubrication point, and use a manual thick oil pump to pump out the grease from the 4 shaft ends (the grease flows out of the shaft end of the tank) to prevent the sealing device from rusting and failing.

3. After the machine is powered on, turn on the emergency stop button, the power indicator light and the fault indicator light are on.

4. When the machine is working, the flushing switch should be turned off.

5. When the hopper is raised, it is strictly forbidden to stand under the hopper to avoid accidental injury.

6. Do not stop the machine at will during the mixing process. If an accident occurs in the middle, the unloading door must be opened immediately, 50% of the material shall be unloaded manually, and the operation shall be started after troubleshooting. (Note: The power must be turned off when unloading manually.)

7. During the operation of the machine, no maintenance is allowed.

8. The power supply should be disconnected before repairing the electrical circuit.

9. During the operation, do not let sand and gravel fall into the operating parts of the machine, and the materials stuck to the bottom of the hopper should be cleaned up in time to avoid affecting the opening and closing of the bucket door.
