When hoisting, pay attention to the center of gravity of the machine, and the hoisting wire should be accurately hung on the disc hook. In the case that sea freight is generally more expensive, it is necessary to make full use of its space.

3）After-sales

1. When installing the machine, a flat site should be selected, and the low pit opening should be higher than the ground. Then lift the concrete mixer with a crane, install the four outriggers, then install the upper and lower rails, align them in the pit, keep the frame on the same level, and fix the lower rail foundation according to the actual situation.

2. Check the voltage condition, the rated voltage is 380 volts, and the error is about ±10%. At the same time, check whether the wiring between the motor and the electrical components is firm, and the distribution box must be grounded, and the corner resistance is less than or equal to 4n.

3. Arrange the steel wire rope neatly on the drum, and then check the mixing barrel, hopper and other components. The mixer focuses on safety, and all parameters must be carefully checked in strict accordance with the instructions.
