Screw conveyors and dust collectors sent to Southeast Asia

Last week, the customized screw conveyors and dust collectors were produced, and the 20’HQ container arrived at the factory. The workers were busy loading the goods. After the goods were loaded, they were sent to Southeast Asian countries. Although this customer only cooperated for the first time at the end of last year, this is already the second order this year. The customer is very satisfied with our products and has been cooperating very happily.

Many customers may not know much about screw conveyors and dust collectors, so I will introduce them to you in detail below.

A screw conveyor is a machine that uses a motor to drive a screw to rotate and push materials to achieve the purpose of conveying. The working principle is that the rotating screw blade pushes the material to be conveyed by the screw conveyor, so that the material does not rotate with the screw conveyor blade, and the force is the material's own weight and the friction resistance of the screw conveyor casing to the material. It can be transported horizontally, obliquely or vertically, and has the advantages of simple structure, small cross-sectional area, good sealing, convenient operation, easy maintenance, and convenient closed transportation.

The main machine of the screw conveyor is composed of a driving device, a casing, a cover plate, a screw shaft, a screw blade, a feeding port, a discharging port and other structures.

1. Drive device

The driving device of the screw conveyor includes three parts: the motor, the reducer and the coupling. The motor is responsible for driving, the reducer prevents the screw shaft from rotating too fast and causes damage to the conveyor, and the coupling is responsible for transmitting the power to the screw shaft.

2. Spiral blade

Helical blades are mainly divided into three categories: solid helical surface, belt helical surface and paddle helical surface.

Solid helical surface: simple structure, strong conveying capacity, suitable for conveying dry granular or powdery materials with good scatter, and is the most widely used blade type.

Belt helical surface: the helical pitch is the same as the diameter of the helical blade, which is suitable for conveying powdery and small pieces of material.

Propeller screw surface: mainly used to transport materials with high viscosity and compressibility, this kind of screw blade has the functions of mixing and mixing materials during the completion of the transport operation.

3. Chassis

It is divided into "U"-shaped casing and round casing. The circular casing is mainly used for feeding the sealing equipment. The screw conveyor of the U-shaped casing is recommended to convey the material horizontally, because the casing is not sealed.

4. Screw shaft

The screw shaft is made of hollow steel pipe, and a small section of solid shaft is used at the connection between the shaft and the shaft and where the bearing is installed. The diameter of the solid shaft is small, and it can be inserted into the hollow steel pipe for connection. If the material is easy to be wound, the shaftless conveyor can be selected.

The screw conveyor used in the concrete batching plant mainly conveys cement, sand, stone, fly ash and other materials, so the circular casing with shaft is selected.

A dust collector is a device that separates dust from flue gas. The performance of the dust collector is expressed by the amount of gas that can be processed, the resistance loss and dust removal efficiency when the gas passes through the dust collector. It is a commonly used equipment in boilers and industrial production.
