This machine adopts electronic weighing, microcomputer control, digital display and remote control operation. It has the advantages of accurate weighing, high batching precision, fast speed, and strong control function. It is easy to operate and only needs to press one button each time.
This series of concrete batching machines can be combined with corresponding concrete mixers to form combined mixing plants of different forms and specifications, and the cost is only 1/2-1/3 of the mixing plants of the same specifications, and the mobile installation is very convenient. It is an ideal equipment for on-site production of high-quality concrete.
This series includes: PLD800, PLD1200, PLD1600 and other products. Each single machine (except PLD800S) is matched with a two-way conveyor belt conveyor, which can realize one batching machine for two mixers, achieving excellent economic effects.
WORKING PRINCIPLE
Before work, the loader (manual feeding can be used when the batching machine is installed underground) supplies sand and stone materials to each storage hopper.
According to the requirements of the batching controller manual, input the formula to the batching controller (unused materials must be set to 0). After pressing the batching button, the batching machine starts to enter the automatic batching program. The working process is as follows: First, the material I belt conveyor starts to work, and the material I is transported to the weighing hopper. When the weight of material I in the weighing hopper reaches its set value, the material I belt conveyor automatically stops; then the material II belt conveyor automatically starts. , When the weight of the material in the weighing hopper reaches the sum of the set values of material I and material II, the belt conveyor of material II stops, and the belt conveyor of material III starts to work..., so that the four materials are matched, the machine It is in a waiting state. At this time, press the discharging button, the discharging belt conveyor works, and the prepared concrete dry material is discharged into the mixer hopper. After the discharging is completed, the discharging belt conveyor automatically stops and automatically starts the second cycle of batching. The second cycle of batching is finished, and it waits for discharging, and so on.
