4. When the feed hopper of the concrete batching plant rises, no one should be under the hopper. If maintenance is required under the hopper, the switch power supply should be turned off, and the feeding hopper should be fixed with a strong chain rope before proceeding;

5. The hopper of the concrete batching plant should descend slowly, and the descending speed should not be too fast. If it is too fast, it may damage the parts or cause common failures. Do not feed until the feed hopper stops steadily;

6. During the operation of the concrete mixing plant, in case of sudden power failure or common fault, manpower should be used to clean the materials in the mixing drum, and then inspect or repair;

7. If the actual operator needs to enter the mixing drum for cleaning or maintenance, the switching power supply should be strictly controlled;

8. During the driving and cleaning process, the actual operator cannot climb on the hopper.
